Upgrades are handled in-app: you submit a licence request with a payment proof, and a platform admin approves it. Once it's approved, your new limits kick in right away. There's no data migration between tiers, because every plan is the same application.
In the licensing model a limit of 0 means unlimited. Enterprise sets both the company limit and the per-company user limit to unlimited; the other tiers cap them to the numbers shown.
Both, by design. Your plan governs how many companies and users you get and which industry packs are available to you; within that, each pack is switched on per company from the Modules tab. Core accounting is always on for every company.
No. The same app scales from one set of books to a multi-entity group. You simply raise the limits and switch on more packs. Nothing is rebuilt, exported, or re-imported when you move up.
Schema-per-tenant: every company lives in its own database schema, with a single shared management database only for cross-tenant metadata like companies, users, licences and modules.
